DESCRIPTION:The Ready for BioData Management? Intensive Course took place i
 n person on 9-10 October 2025 at the University of Coimbra\, Portugal. The
  course was designed to provide life sciences researchers with a practical
  and comprehensive introduction to Research Data Management (RDM) across t
 he full research data lifecycle. This two-day training combined theoretica
 l lectures with hands-on group exercises and discussions\, enabling partic
 ipants to explore common RDM challenges and become familiar with key tools
  such as Galaxy\, Dataverse\, and the Data Stewardship Wizard (DSW).Target
  audienceThis course was intended for researchers\, PhD students\, postdoc
 toral fellows\, and lab managers working with biomedical or life sciences 
 data. While no prior experience in Research Data Management was required\,
  participants were expected to have some familiarity with handling researc
 h data.
