SUMMARY:Webinar on Method Performance Criteria in Quantitative Analysis of
 Chemicals
CLASS:PUBLIC
DESCRIPTION:As part of the Webinar Series on QA/QC in Chemical Analysis for
Monitoring Purposes and In Vitro Toxicity Assays for Hazard Assessment\,
PARC will host a webinar on Method Performance Criteria in quantitative ch
emical analysis in environment\, HBM and food which will take place online
\, via Microsoft Teams on 17 April 2026\, from 12:00 to 13:00 CET. The ses
sion will be led by Petr Kukučka and Jan Kuta\, researchers at RECETOX
 ↗\, Masaryk University\, Czech Republic.What to expect:This webinar will
introduce the minimum performance criteria recommended for analytical met
hods used in chemical monitoring. Participants will gain a practical overv
iew of how method validation and performance parameters help ensure that a
nalytical data are reliable\, comparable across laboratories\, and fit for
exposure and risk assessment purposes. Targeted analytical approaches wil
l be included. Topics will include:• Minimum requirements for method val
idation\;• Key method performance parameters (trueness\, precision\, cal
ibration)\;• Definition\, determination and interpretation of LOD and LO
 Q\;• Identification criteria\;• Practical considerations for fit-for-p
urpose analytical data\, examples.Who should attend:This session is open t
o researchers\, laboratory analysts\, quality managers\, and data users wo
rking in chemical analysis both within and outside PARC. Participants shou
ld have a basic understanding of analytical chemistry and QA/QC concepts\,
as well as general familiarity with trace-level chemical measurements.Pra
ctical details:Participation in this webinar is free of charge. Places are
limited and will be allocated on a first-come\, first-served basis. Regis
tered participants will receive the connection link after registration.App
lication deadline:The registration form will remain open until the maximum
capacity of 150 participants is reached or until 15 April 2026\, whicheve
r comes first. How to register:To participate\, please complete the registr
ation form here ↗.Stay informed about upcoming webinars QA/QC in Chemica
