SUMMARY:Webinar on data reporting and acceptability in chemical analysis
CLASS:PUBLIC
DESCRIPTION:As part of the webinar series on quality assurance (QA) and qua
lity control (QC) in chemical analysis and in vitro toxicity testing\, PAR
C will host a webinar on data reporting and acceptability in chemical anal
ysis\, which will take place online\, via Microsoft Teams on 4 December 20
26\, from 11:00 to 12:00 CET. The session will be led by Emmanuelle Bichon
from Oniris VetAgroBio ↗ (LABERCA\, France) and Françoise Schaefers fr
om the National Health Laboratory of Luxembourg ↗ (LNS\, Luxembourg).Wha
t to expect:This webinar will present the reporting requirements and data
acceptability approach set out in the PARC guidance document D9.4-1. Parti
cipants will learn which information should go with analytical results so
that data can be interpreted correctly\, traced back to their source and c
ompared across laboratories\, from sampling through to the final result. T
he first part of the webinar will provide an overview of the mandatory and
optional reporting items and explain their requirements. The second part
will focus on assessing data acceptability using an indicator-based calcul
ation.Who should attend:This session is open to researchers\, laboratory a
nalysts\, quality managers\, project leaders\, data managers and data user
s (e.g. exposure and risk assessors) working with chemical analysis data\,
both within and outside PARC. Participants should have a basic understand
ing of analytical chemistry and QA/QC concepts.Practical details:Participa
