The biennial 19^th International Conference on Chemistry and the Environment (Environmental Chemistry for Sustainability) will be held from 8 to 12 June 2025 in Belgrade. Its purpose is to accelerate knowledge development that supports a healthy environment and sustainable societal progress. By addressing a wide spectrum of environmental chemistry challenges—from pollutant fate and cycling to innovative pollution prevention—ICCE 2025 serves societal sustainability goals and fosters collaboration among researchers, industry professionals, and regulatory authorities. 

ICCE 2025 features a dynamic programme ↗ including satellite events, expert-led scientific sessions, and an editorial panel with journal editors. Attendees can expect engaging discussions on pollutant fate, environmental analysis, risk assessment, and sustainability strategies. The conference also offers dedicated activities and support for young scientists. 

PARC will be represented by Katrin Vorkamp ↗(Aarhus University, ↗ Denmark), who will present: “The Partnership for the Assessment of Risks from Chemicals – New European-Scale Approaches to Monitoring for Risk Assessment Purposes”.
