Austrian Food Chemistry Days 2026
The Austrian Food Chemistry Days 2026 is an international scientific conference bringing together researchers and professionals working in the field of food chemistry. The event provides a platform for food chemists, food analysts, food toxicologists, food technologists and nutrition scientists from academia, regulatory authorities and industry to present and discuss the latest developments in the field.
PARC will be represented at the conference by Vanessa Partsch ↗, researcher at University of Vienna ↗ (https://www.univie.ac.at/), that will present the communication entitled “Immunosuppressive modulation of NF-κB signaling by Alternaria mycotoxins in human THP-1 monocytes”. Her presentation will contribute to the discussion on food contaminants and toxicological mechanisms, providing insights relevant to chemical risk assessment and food safety.
The Austrian Food Chemistry Days 2026 offer an excellent opportunity for researchers and professionals to exchange knowledge and discuss recent advances in food chemistry, food safety and chemical risk assessment. Participants are invited to join the conference and explore how collaborative research contributes to improving food safety and protecting human health. These discussions are closely aligned with the goals of PARC, which aims to advance scientific knowledge and strengthen chemical risk assessment across Europe.
