Global Impacts of Biotoxins on the Safety and Sustainability of Food and Water
The Gordon Research Conference on Mycotoxins and Phycotoxins ↗ is an esteemed international event focusing on the latest advances in biotoxin research. This conference brings together academic, government, and private sector scientists to explore topics such as human and ecosystem health, analytical methods, modelling, mitigation, and the biology and ecology of toxin production. Held in a remote location to foster community and collaboration, the conference encourages informal interactions and networking among scientists at all career stages.
This year’s program includes:
- Keynote sessions on the impacts of biotoxins in a changing climate and biotoxin synthesis.
- Sessions on the ecology, microbiology, toxicology, and mitigation of mycotoxins and phycotoxins.
- Discussions on human and environmental health, advances in biotoxin analysis, and impacts on susceptible populations.
- Poster sessions and networking opportunities with leading experts.
PARC participation will be represented by Eszter Borsos (UNIVIE ↗, Austria) who will present a Poster entitled “Interspecies Variations in the Metabolism of Altenuene and Tentoxin in Primary Hepatocytes”.
Join us in exploring the latest developments in biotoxin research and contributing to the safety and sustainability of global food and water supplies.
