Workshop on Implementation of FAIR PBK models in SBML using Antimony
PARC is organising an in-person training course on the Implementation of FAIR PBK models in SBML using Antimony. The course will be held in Bilthoven, The Netherlands, from 7 to 8 October 2024. The scientific coordination is provided by Anne Zwartsen (RIVM).
What to expect:
Reminder on developing FAIR PBK models and good practice
Knowledge and guidance on how to translate PBK model to SBML using Antimony
Know-how on the different software (packages) needed
Guidance on model harmonisation and semantic annotation
Support in translating a basic model and in translating their own models
Who should attend:
The training course is addressed to researchers working on the development of PBK models.
Practical details:
This course is limited to researchers of 6.2.2 and of 6.2.3 who are developing PBK models in R for use in the T6.2 case studies. If the maximum amount of 15 participants is reached, participants will be selected based on project priority. There are no registration fees; however, participants are expected to cover their own travel, accommodation, and any other incidental expenses.
