The Introduction to Metabolomics Data Analysis course will be held from 23 to 25 March 2026 in Umeå, Sweden. Designed to build practical skills, the course covers the full metabolomics workflow, from experimental design and data pre-processing to multivariate analysis and biological interpretation. Participants will gain hands-on experience with tools such as MS-DIAL, R, and SIMCA, and will learn key techniques in quality control and statistical modelling.

This course is ideal for researchers, students, and professionals working with or interested in metabolomics or exposomics data. Prior experience with R is recommended.
