The Introduction to Statistics with R workshop will take place from 20 to 22 November 2025 at the University for Health Sciences, Medical Informatics and Technology (UMIT) in Hall in Tirol, Austria. This intensive three-day course offers a practical introduction to statistical analysis using the R programming language. Delivered through a combination of lectures and hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to navigate R, manage data structures, perform descriptive and inferential statistics, conduct hypothesis testing, and build basic regression models. The course also includes guidance on creating quality data visualisations to support effective communication of results.
