The Galaxy Training Academy 2026 will take place online from 18 to 22 May 2026. This training event is designed to support participants in developing data analysis skills using the Galaxy platform and key areas of bioinformatics. Throughout the week, participants will explore a range of learning tracks at their own pace, beginning with an introduction to Galaxy and progressing to topics such as proteomics, genome assembly, transcriptomics, single-cell analysis, microbiome studies, and machine learning. The course provides structured self-learning materials complemented by continuous support from trainers and peer interaction via Slack, ensuring guidance and discussion across different time zones.
