The 10^th German Pharm-Tox Summit (GPTS) 2025, organized by the German Society for Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology in collaboration with other scientific societies, is a key international event in the fields of pharmacology and toxicology. This conference provides a platform for researchers, clinicians, and industry professionals to exchange knowledge, discuss recent advancements, and foster collaborations. 

With a strong focus on scientific excellence, it will cover a diverse range of topics, including basic research, applied pharmacology, education, and toxicology. A particular emphasis will be placed on providing opportunities for junior scientists to showcase their research and engage with experts in the field. 

GPTS 2025 features a dynamic program, including: 

• Three plenary talks by distinguished experts
• Symposia, including one organized by the Paul-Martini-Foundation
• Short talks and poster sessions showcasing cutting-edge research
• Opportunities for networking and scientific exchange 

PARC will contribute to the summit with two key presentations: 

• Bridging the Gap: PeriMyelinTox – a Myelin-Centric Assay for Adult Neurotoxicity Assessment by Bettina Seege ↗ from the University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover ↗, Germany
• Establishment of an In Vitro Test Battery as a New Approach Methodology for Non-Genotoxic Carcinogens in Human Colon Cell Models, presented by Jörg Fahrer, from the Technisch Universitaet Kaiserslautern ↗, Germany
