I am a computational toxicologist who works with experimentalists to design statistical methods and supporting databases for analyzing omics data collected from diverse assays (both in vivo and in vitro, representing ~15 species) exposed to environmental contaminants. This has included exposures to PFAS, metals, flame retardants, bisphenols, PAHs, PCBs, pesticides, parabens, dioxins and furans.
