The PARC indicator framework is designed to monitor the project's performance throughout its duration, facilitating efficient tracking of goals and showcasing progress. It consists of three levels of indicators: output, outcome, and impact, which are linked to the European Commission’s Biennial Monitoring Report (BMR).
