The 46th Mycotoxin Workshop will be held from 25 to 28 May 2025 in Martina Franca, Italy. Organized by the Society for Mycotoxin Research, this annual event has been a cornerstone in the field since 1979, bringing together experts from academia, government, and industry to discuss the latest developments in mycotoxin research. The workshop covers a broad range of topics, including the occurrence, toxicology, analysis, and risk assessment of mycotoxins. It serves as a platform for scientists to exchange knowledge, foster collaborations, and discuss strategies to mitigate mycotoxin-related risks. The scientific program will feature: 

• Oral and poster presentations on cutting-edge mycotoxin research
• Sessions on analytical methods, exposure assessment, and toxicological studies
• Discussions on regulatory aspects and risk management strategies
• Networking opportunities with leading experts in the field
