Join PARC’s second SYNnet Forum
The European Partnership for the Assessment of Risks from Chemicals (PARC) has launched the SYNnet initative to foster collaborations with other projects, research activities and stakeholders in chemical risk management. PARC is now inviting interested parties to participate in the second PARC SYNnet Forum, which will take place as a session at the European Environmental Mutagenesis and Genomics Society’s (EEMGs) conference ↗ on 26 September, from 13:00 to 15:30 CET in Rovinj.
The SYNnet Forum aims to enhance cooperation between PARC and other research and innovation initiatives; facilitating dialogue and knowledge-sharing among scientists in the field.
During the Forum, participants will hear comprehensive presentations from work package leaders and colleagues, covering key PARC activities and scientific outcomes in areas such as human biomonitoring, environmental monitoring, innovative methods, next-generation risk assessment for environmental health, and research to improve chemical regulation and assessment. Featured speakers include Philip Marx-Stoelting, Maria João Silva, Marc Audebert, Emmanuel Demuynck, Levi Winkelman, Ana Tavares and Cynthia Recoules. Philip Marx-Stoelting will deliver a keynote talk on “Hazard assessment in PARC - first outcomes and synergies”.
