Venue
Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain

The  18th National Congress of the Spanish Society of Environmental Health (SESA) is a leading national event dedicated to promoting scientific exchange and innovation in environmental health. Bringing together researchers, public health professionals, policymakers, laboratory experts, and other stakeholders, the meeting will address current challenges and emerging priorities in environmental exposure, public health protection, pollution prevention, occupational health, and sustainability.

PARC will contribute to the scientific programme through research supporting harmonised human biomonitoring and high-quality analytical capacity across Europe. Noelia Domíngues-Morueco (ISCIII, Spain) will present the communication “Organization of an Intercomparison Exercise for the Determination of Mercury in Human Hair within the PARC Project”. The presentation will highlight efforts developed under PARC to strengthen laboratory comparability and quality assurance in biomonitoring analyses, supporting reliable data generation for mercury exposure assessment.

The 18th National Congress of the Spanish Society of Environmental Health  offers an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge, build partnerships, and advance science-based solutions for healthier environments. PARC encourages researchers, regulators, and environmental health professionals to participate in this important event and engage with research that supports stronger protection of human health and the environment.
