The ESTIV 2026 Pre- and Post-Congress Workshops will take place alongside the 23rd International Congress of the European Society of Toxicology In Vitro (ESTIV) in Maastricht, Netherlands (29 June - 2 July), providing participants with focused training opportunities on New Approach Methodologies (NAMs), data management, and regulatory applications of non-animal approaches. The workshops combine practical training, scientific discussion, and regulatory perspectives to support the implementation and acceptance of NAMs in safety assessment. 

Participants will have the opportunity to explore topics such as:

• Research Output Management for NAMs Made Easy (29 June 2026; 09:00 to 13:00) 
• EPISKIN Academy Training (29 June 2026; 09:00 to 13:00) 
• ICCS Best Practice Guidance Workshop: Application of Read-Across in Cosmetic Safety Assessment (2 July 2026; 14:00 to 18:00)
• ASPIS Academy Session on Good In Vitro Method Practices (GIVIMP) (3 July 2026; 14:00 to 16:00)

Target audience
These events are particularly relevant for toxicologists, risk assessors, regulatory scientists, safety assessors, laboratory professionals, and researchers from academia, industry, and regulatory authorities involved in the development, validation, implementation, or regulatory evaluation of NAMs and in vitro methods. Participation in the workshops requires registration for the ESTIV 2026 congress, and places may be limited for selected training sessions.
