The topic of the 7th edition of the conference is Worldwide food trade and consumption: quality and risk assessment. PARC will be presented at the conference by Pascal Sanders. 

The purpose of the conference is to get together scientists working on food related fields, such as food chemistry, nutrition, food safety, risk assessment, food authenticity, etc., where the metrology plays an important role to ensure consumer’s protection.
