Webinar on data reporting and acceptability in chemical analysis

Programme
Fee
Free of charge

As part of the webinar series on quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) in chemical analysis and in vitro toxicity testing, PARC will host a webinar on data reporting and acceptability in chemical analysis, which will take place online, via Microsoft Teams on 4 December 2026, from 11:00 to 12:00 CET. The session will be led by Emmanuelle Bichon from Oniris VetAgroBio ↗ (LABERCA, France) and Françoise Schaefers from the National Health Laboratory of Luxembourg ↗ (LNS, Luxembourg).

What to expect:

This webinar will present the reporting requirements and data acceptability approach set out in the PARC guidance document D9.4-1. Participants will learn which information should go with analytical results so that data can be interpreted correctly, traced back to their source and compared across laboratories, from sampling through to the final result. The first part of the webinar will provide an overview of the mandatory and optional reporting items and explain their requirements. The second part will focus on assessing data acceptability using an indicator-based calculation.

Who should attend:

This session is open to researchers, laboratory analysts, quality managers, project leaders, data managers and data users (e.g. exposure and risk assessors) working with chemical analysis data, both within and outside PARC. Participants should have a basic understanding of analytical chemistry and QA/QC concepts.

Practical details:

Participation in this webinar is free of charge. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Registered participants will receive the connection link after registration.

Application deadline:

The registration form will remain open until the maximum capacity of 300 participants is reached or until 1 December 2026, whichever comes first.

How to apply:

To participate, please complete the registration form here ↗.
